Emme photo booth policy
While our emme photo booth is all about fun, we appreciate your taking the time to read and review our policy page and terms of service – because it’s not so fun! Both parties need to have a clear understanding of what to expect. Let’s begin with the not-so-fun stuff so that we can get to the fun part fast!
Emme Photo Booth is a division of Elite Casino Events, LLC. Both brands have a 5-star reputation, with more than 500+ 5-star reviews. Book your event day with confidence! Logistics and billing are through Elite Casino Events, LLC, 606 Liberty Ave. STE 208 PGH, PA 15222.
All payments are due in full 14 days before the event date. We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, and checks mailed to our office.
A fee of $200 books your event; after booking, our system will permit you to make partial payments at your leisure. We will, in good faith, reserve your event date once the booking request and the $200 booking fee are processed. Booking fees and any payments processed for your event are non-refundable should you cancel for any reason.
Our Covid Policy explains how we will navigate any local or federal government restrictions that may impact your future event.
Covid Policy: Should you need to postpone your event due to the applicable government or municipal restrictions from COVID-19, your booking is valid up until (1) year from the original event date. In order to request such a postponement, you must notify us in writing no less than five (5) days prior to the original event date and provide a detailed explanation of your need to postpone, including citation or reference to the applicable government or municipal restriction. Upon receipt of such a written request, we will forward your prepaid event to a new event date that is open and available without penalty or additional charges. Note that we are only accepting postponement/rescheduling requests within 30 days of (but no less than five (5) days prior to) the booked event date because the government restrictions frequently change. We will limit to one (1) Covid rescheduled event date per client; otherwise, booking fees and event payments are non-refundable. Any attempts to reschedule events due to COVID-19 related issues not based on government or municipal restrictions, including, but not limited to, client policies, will be at Elite Casino Events LLC’s sole discretion. Except as provided in this section, no events will be rescheduled, and no refunds will be issued.
Nonlinear hours are defined as nonconsecutive and offer our clients the option to schedule the mirror booth to open for cocktail hour, close for dinner, and reopen after bridal party arrival/announcements/dinner, etc. It enables a flexible timeline for our clients that they love! Available with the VIP, and Elite packages.
Any time beyond scheduled performance is $300 per hour, payable when requested overtime. The attendant will notify you of any excess photo prints on event day, and you agree to pay $2 per print beyond the event package you selected, VIP and Elite packages offer unlimited printed photos.
Holiday or Travel Fees
Events booked on holidays, such as NYE, NYD, Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, will be charged a $300 Holiday fee. Traveling fees for events outside of our immediate service area of 50 miles; the rate is $3 per mile. Ex: Your event is 120 miles away, then the ‘travel fee’ would be $360.00.
Our services require one standard electrical outlet and a 10×10′ space. The client must provide a 10×10′ tent or covered area for any outdoor events for the equipment.
If the venue doesn’t offer a secured wifi connection, all digital images will send when the equipment can confirm a wifi connection; at times, depending on location, it can be the next day.
The Basic Package delivery time is 1-hour before performance time. The Perfect Day, VIP, and Elite Packages delivery times are 2 hours before guests scheduled arrival or cocktail hour. There is a $50 per hour hold time for any requests for an earlier delivery; however, we may or may not be able to accommodate an earlier delivery due to other event bookings.
There is no delivery charge unless there are extreme circumstances to deliver the equipment. Extreme delivery is defined as stairwells, small elevators, loading docks without lifts or ramps, outdoor hills, sloped yards, gravel, mud, slippery or hazardous terrain, or outdoor load-ins of more than 20 yards. Extreme load-ins will be charged $300 to $500 to the payment method on file.
Insurance: Some venues require a (COI) certificate of insurance; please email this request asap, as it can take several weeks to get the (COI) from the insurance agency.
Elite Casino Events, LLC or team members are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items
In the event, severe weather would create any “State of Emergency” or “Hazardous road conditions” that would impair our staff or your guests to make transport to your event safely. The event would be subject to cancellation. The lines of communications would open up between the signor and Elite Casino Events, LLC early that day, acting in both parties’ best interest and finding a reasonable solution.
If that means the event needs to be rescheduled or canceled (or delayed), paid invoices would automatically credit to the new available calendar date. This change would be considered an “Act of God,” Any credit is valid to a new event date until one year after the original date; otherwise, it’s forfeited.
It is doubtful that this would occur and is a precautionary statement for events in the winter months that are subject to extreme weather and hazardous conditions. Trust Elite Casino Events, LLC will make every effort never to cancel an event and only do so if it would compromise the safety of our team.
Rights to use
We respect your privacy. On occasion, we will share digital images with other potential clients via our website or social media. We reserve photographers’ copyrights unless you specifically notify us in writing before the event that you prefer us not to use your event images.
You may add a gratuity to your final invoice or tip your emme photo booth team digitally by QR code or in-person event day. Tips are never expected but always appreciated.
