The client understands that EMME is essentially a 200 lb armoire, and delivery to any location with any staircases/stairs, tight/small hallways, or even an extremely long walking distance to specified location could result in ‘special delivery and/or strike charges.’ Client agrees to verify with the venue, delivery route into the building, and ease of access for our delivery team. It is not our goal to charge you any extra fees, but to avoid any confusion in advance of the expectations of terms of delivery, and service.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of EMME photo booth to any location that is highly difficult, or dangerous for our team to execute. All payments will be forfeited, should the client fail to inform us in writing of any special requirements to successfully execute delivery of EMME to their event location in advance of event day.
If that means the event needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, (or delayed) ,deposits would then be forwarded to a new available event date. This would be considered an “Act of God” and any unused deposit may be forwarded to a new event date up until one year after the original event date. It is highly unlikely that this would occur, and is only precautionary statement for events in winter months that are subject to extreme weather and hazardous conditions. Trust we will make every effort to never cancel an event, and will only do so if it would compromise the safety of our team.
*COVID-19 Clause – Should you need to postpone your event due to the current situation (COVID-19), your deposit is valid up until (1) year from the original event date. The same works if you paid in full, and need to postpone due to the COVID-19. Upon written request, we will forward your prepaid event to a new 2021 date, without penalty or additional charges. Note that we are only accepting postponement requests within 30 days of the booked event date. We are not taking postponements, or requests to reschedule any event that is further out than 30 days. We will limit to one reschedule per client, unless the President declares another ‘COVID-19 National Emergency’ in the future.
Proactively our team is doing everything we can to protect your guests while enjoying the mirror booth experience. Our mirror booth and equipment will be disinfected daily, and hand sanitizer will be available for your guests as part of our service. We will, at our discretion, limit some props, and may choose to eliminate them depending on the current status of the virus. The mirror booth has over 150 digital props/emojis, and we feel this is a safer environment for everyone to embellish their photos.
